Return and Cancellation Policy
- If you need to return an item because you ordered the wrong size door, it doesn't fit, or you wish to exchange it for a different style or location, please contact us

- All returned items must be enclosed in their original, undamaged packaging
- A 30% restocking charge will be applied by our distribution center to all returned items, provided they are unopened and undamaged.
- All costs related to return shipping and associated transportation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
- To process a return, you will need to provide the order number, the receipt number, pictures and documentation, and the approval reference from our customer service representative.
