Shipping Policy
We contract dedicated, regional carriers that specialize in shipping doors and furniture.
Based on your location and requirements, a dedicated carrier will be assigned to your order. You will be notified by our logistics support staff regarding the carrier’s identity and when to expect delivery.
Prepare for Your Delivery
Once your doors have been ordered, prepare for your delivery.
Standard Order Lead Time
For standard finishes, allow 2-3 weeks for handling and delivery.
Your delivery timeline may be extended if your order is custom or is shipping to certain geographic locations.
Limited Area Delivery – Will Vary
This service applies if your delivery location has limited access, such as:
- Cannot accommodate a large 53-foot trailer.
Restricted Area Delivery – Contact Us for a Quote
Restricted Area Delivery Access locations require a Special Delivery Quote from customer service.

- This applies if your job site has additional restrictions and requires custom delivery, such as ferry or bridge toll, located in remote rural, densely urban, or areas outside the United States.
- Warranty is null and void outside of the United States.
- Please note that Restricted Delivery Access will incur additional charges and may result in extended delivery lead times. These are determined by your location, specific circumstances, and the availability of a delivery agent.
Customer Service will contact you within two business days of order payment to determine your delivery location access.
