Fibercon Door Solutions and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives are not liable to you or any third party for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages (such as loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill).

This applies to any claims arising from your use of, access to, reliance on, inability to use, or improper use of this site or any services, products, content, reviews, or information provided on it, as well as any misuse or disclosure of personal information, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract or tort. In all cases, Fibercon Door Solutions’ total liability shall not exceed $50.00.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

Termination

Fibercon Door Solutions may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. Termination of this Agreement can be affected by ceasing all use of the Site.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a client account, such account can only be terminated by Fibercon Door Solutions if you breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within seven (7) days from Fibercon Door Solutions’s notice to you; provided that, Fibercon Door Solutions can terminate the Site immediately as part of a general shutdown of our service.

All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty and liability disclaimers, and indemnity.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted by you upon your use of this Site, and they constitute the entire Agreement between you and Fibercon Door Solutions regarding use of this Site.

Any failure by Fibercon Door Solutions to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the enforcement of such right or provision.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force, effect, and be enforceable.
